Full park management

  • To advise and carry out the sale and purchase of holiday homes
  • To manage all third party negotiations from contractors to suppliers of utilities and all other services required by the Holiday Park.
  • The creation and implementation of a maintenance, repair and improvement programme on all buildings and infrastructure within the holiday park.
  • Supervision of all necessary maintenance, repair and small improvement works whether such works are executed by staff employed at the Holiday Park or by independent contractors.
  • Advise the client on appropriate insurance cover for the Holiday Park in the full replacement value thereof in respect of the holiday homes and all other buildings owned by the park.

Management consultancy

  • Advise and where necessary check insurances effected by the customers to ensure that they are up to date and to the full replacement value of the privately owned holiday homes.
  • Make recommendations upon other necessary insurances on the holiday park and will if requested affect and maintain all the insurances through a reputable broker.

Crisis management

We will also undertake crisis management when short staffed or when things are going wrong.
